Thesis Writing...

thesis writing is part of the curriculum where you pour almost everything...from what you've learned since your first year up to your fourth year (well that's based on the 1999 curriculum, i don't know if it's the same with the 2005 curriculum). Based on what i've experienced during our first sem, we encountered "struggles and difficulties". we also ended in little quarrels and conflicts (to those whom i offended, i'm terribly sorry). while having our thesis, we had our pre-service (duty-field observation) teaching as well. having both subjects, you could say we're in a drag--baggy-eyes, body pains, fever, colds and allergies; these are the effects.

come to think of it, having these 2 major subjects didn't bring all bad things. i, for one, had learned so many things. i learned how to expand my patience, as well as what my patience's limit is. i learned how to be resourceful. i learned how to care about the surroundings and the people around me. i learned that even with the small things i do, it's really a big matter for the world, and that doing it without expecting anything in return makes me feel fulfilled. i learned that in everything you do, you should give your best shot. i realized the quotes from the song of arkana--"so little time, so much to do" was actually true. and lastly, i learned how to treasure important things: my mistakes, my memories, and my time.

so enjoy college life because...it's damn great!

i would like to advice to the students having both thesis writing and observational in one sem--take your thesis on summer.

Having graduated from different schools and institutions, high school life had been one of the most cherished memories we kept as we step towards the entirely different world of college. Choosing and entering Adamson Universtiy for the first time is one of those events in our lives that we'll surely treasure. Each one of us came from various schools and many thoughts had been in our minds as we started our first year of in college. Most of us are almost shaking when we entered our first classroom. I was sure that we were all beginning to imagine the different facial expressions we wore upon our arrival; the people whom we'll spend our days, including the professors; and thought that we'll just ignore and will not even bother talking to each other. Ironically, everyone are very accomodating--making new friends at a short time span. We realized that we've been a part of each other. It didn't take us long to mingle with each other as one UNITED BLOCK. Each of us were so friendly and we couldnt believe that we're actually beginning to interact with one another. As days passed by continuing to venture with one another, we learned a lot of things from people we used to get along with. We learned how to value friendship, loyalty, honesty, hardwork, faith and most of all UNITY. Each of us must admit that we're not really good when it comes to making friends and understanding each other; we had contributed for a change of each of us not for the worst, but for the best. A class that is full of hesitation before is now a united section wherein each of us freely expresses ourselves--mainly cracking jokes to anyone. From these changes, we are to call ourselves whole beacuse each of us were there to suopport each other. We interacted with lots of different people and making friends along the way. We would never forget the laughter we had together, the memorable moments we shared and enjoyed, and even the times of petty bickering we encountered, which resulted to our more intimate and harmonious relationship. We learned to be humble; accept victory with humility, and determination in times of defeat. Each of us had been confident and learned to trust each others' skills and abilities, that's why there had been no reasons why we cannot take it to account our duties and responsibilities effectively. It's been only the beginning yet we had already ventured with full of shared dreams and painful trials and unforgettable happy moments which we could not deny We also had been overpowered for several times, yet were proud to recount--we rose up against our weaknesses and learned from our mistakes. Lastly, one ONE BLOCK: we accepted each one of us not for what each can be, but for who really we are. We laughed each other not because we're forced to do so, but because we felt the joy and happiness from each one of us. We fought the obstacles together not because we wanted to win but because we want to share our talents to others. We cried together during difficult times not because we have to, but because we have built a STRONG, UNRUINED, and UNDEFEATED BONDING and UNITY. These memories will be whole-heartedly cherished in our hearts and these are the building blocks that we mostly used to be "WHOLE and UNITED" and to be well-rounded and productive Adamsonians; its been special and worthy what it's like to be us.......

The Educator Basketball Players did their best to reach the FINAL 4 of the Recognized Student Organi-zation (RSO) Sportsfest year 2006, a lot of hardwork had been put in aiming their goal, to prove that educators had not been just for acade-mic excellence but also in sports. Winning the third place was a huge bacon for the Adamson Univesity Young Educator's Association (AUYEA) for it was the first time for AUYEA to be in the ladder of truimph in the history of RSO Sportsfest.

The EDUCATORS made their legacy though they've just reached the 3rd place, still they are the winners in the heart of AUYEA officers as well as the College of Education.

The team compromised seventeen men from different majorships of the said College, most were from physical education, social studies and science. Knowing that they were from different year level and majorships, the camarederie was still there, as well as with friendship and brotherhood. They made evertyhing possible because of unity, cooperation, brotherhood and discipline that had been developed among them with powerful prayer as Adamsonians.

Through the guidances of their coaches Mr. Victorio and Mr. Tilbe from the Physical Education Department, they were able to bring home the glory and the trophee to the college/office. Because of these two coaches, they had boosted a lot of effort and perseverance to achieve and prove the ideas that EDUCATORS have something to say in the field of SPORTS.

His talents and intelligence are simply remarkable. One of the most reliable and dependable student in the school campus. And take note, he's still a sophomore, yet he does his job so well as if he was already a senior!

Si James ang nag-iisang pinaka-gwapo at pinaka-kalog sa major na ito. Looks pa lang, hahanap-hanapin mo talaga. Siya ang walang kapagurang nagche-check ng mga professors sa buong AdU.

Ang masayahing si Tinay...the most dependable vice-president we've known...I assure you that you'll never have any dull moment when you're with her. You'll get to set aside your problems if you're with her, there's no time for you to be depressed when she's around.

Ang tahimik, ngunit napaka-sipag na si Pochi, ay isang mahusay at matalinong dalagang nilikha ng Diyos. You'll usually find her week fully booked. Lagi siyang hectic. Sa sobrang busy, merong times na nag-iisip siya ng tulog, ang galing nya diba?

Si Rhoda, one of the brightest, articulate and most talented student who wears the title of being a future shining star. She has the face that can launch a thousand ships. With her tantalizing eyes, she can show different emotions. Tingin pa lang niya sa inyo, nakaka-in love na.

Ang poised na si Maricar, maasahan sa lahat ng oras at sa lahat ng bagay. She's the most recognized student in the whole educ community. Para siyang si Darna, lagi siya nandyan kapag kailangan mo ng tulong.

Si Elisa, she's a great teacher--a lady that loves to read. Kapag may nagustuhan siyang basahin, kahit maingay kaya niyang basahin yun. She can finish a novel in just a short span of time. Sana nga magawa ko rin yun, ingget ako e.

Ang Charlie's Angels namin na sina Chiqui, Micah at Aleli. Wala ka nang makikitang ganyan kahit saan. Beauty, Talent and Brains...Yes naman! What more can you ask for?

At ako...simple lang akong tao. Ako yung nasa likod ni Tinay. Ako yung mahilig sa technicals at mechanics sa amin. Tanong niyo na lang sa kanila kung sino ako, nahihiya ako ipagkalat kung sino ako e.
